Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book a service with us. Online bookings are requests only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Word of Mouth Catering. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking request based on availability, staffing, service limitations/restrictions, or other operational considerations. Submission of an online booking request does not create a contractual obligation between the client and Word of Mouth Catering. An event or service booking is considered confirmed only when a proposal has been approved, the client receives a written contract, and any required deposit has been received.
